It does not include an operating agreement or any additional amendments, which are handled separately. As with every service, you get the full quote in writing before any work starts.
Are there extra costs beyond the flat fee?
The flat fee covers the initial filing. Two things fall outside it. First, government office actions: if the USPTO examiner raises an objection, the response fee varies with the issue. Second, for an LLC, an operating agreement or later amendments. We tell you about any of these before the work is done.
