Leavitt and Eldredge Law Firm accepts payment online for intellectual property services, pre-litigation matters, and litigation cases. Payments for IP services and pre-litigation go through iolta.uslawpros.com, and litigation retainers go through litigation.uslawpros.com, both processed securely by Authorize.net with credit card, PayPal, or Venmo. You can also call 844-728-3680 to pay by phone. A receipt follows by email either way.

Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. Payments for intellectual property services and pre-litigation matters go through iolta.uslawpros.com, and litigation retainer payments go through litigation.uslawpros.com. Both pages are secure and process through Authorize.net, and both are linked from this page. If you are not sure which one applies to your matter, call 844-728-3680 before you pay.
Why are there two different payment pages?
Litigation retainers are held in a separate trust account from other client payments, so they are collected through their own page. Using the right page keeps your payment in the correct account and keeps your invoice matched to it. The page for IP services and pre-litigation is the one linked first above.
What payment methods are accepted?
The firm accepts credit card, PayPal, and Venmo for intellectual property and pre-litigation payments, and credit card for litigation retainers. The same methods are available if you prefer to call the office and pay by phone.
Is my billing information secure?
Yes. Both payment pages process through Authorize.net, so your card details go to the payment provider rather than being stored by the firm. If you would rather not enter card details online at all, call 844-728-3680 and the billing team will take the payment over the phone.
What if I have trouble making a payment?
