(e) Internet or electronic network activity. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, date and time of visits, clickstream data, and other usage information collected automatically through cookies, log files, and similar tracking technologies.
(f) Geolocation data. Approximate location inferred from IP address.
(g) Inferences. Inferences drawn from the above categories to create a profile about you, such as your preferences or interests related to our services.

(a) Data handling. Information related to your matter may be processed by AI-powered software platforms. The Firm selects technology providers that maintain appropriate data security and confidentiality measures and, where applicable, enters into data processing agreements with such providers.
(b) No unauthorized sharing. Your personal information and matter details are not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes through our use of AI tools. AI tools are used solely to support the delivery of legal services to you.
(c) Attorney oversight. All output generated by AI tools is reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before it is used in your matter. AI tools assist our attorneys; they do not make independent legal decisions or communicate with you directly.
(d) Confidentiality. The Firm takes reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of your information when using technology tools, consistent with our obligations under the applicable rules of professional conduct.
(e) Automated decision-making. The Firm does not use AI tools to make automated decisions about you that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects without attorney review.

5. How We Share Your Information
We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:
(a) Service providers. We share your information with third-party service providers that assist us in operating our Website and providing our services. These providers include Authorize.net (payment processing), Google Analytics (website analytics), Google Tag Manager (analytics management), LiveChat (customer support), Grist (client relationship management), and Cloudflare (website security and performance). These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes for which it was shared and are prohibited from selling your personal information.
(b) Government agencies. In the course of providing legal services, we may file documents on your behalf with government agencies such as the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which may include personal information you have provided to us.

For client matters, we generally retain case files for a minimum of five (5) years after the conclusion of the matter, consistent with our professional obligations and the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. For website analytics data, we retain information for up to twenty-six (26) months. You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal and professional obligations (see Section 8).
